We offer Free Shipping to all of UK. We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). RETURNS

We offer a 100 day risk-free money back guarantee for all our products. To be eligible for a return for The Pod Chiller, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in its original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost, we do not however charge a restocking fee.
